Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are prepared and shipped from Milan, Italy.
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing before shipment. During launch periods or limited drops, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for orders above a certain value.
Customs & Duties
For international orders outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by our company.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with European consumer regulations.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be returned in its original condition
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order after your return has been processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include order number, photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
Natural Leather Notice
Our journals are made from 100% Italian vegetable-tanned leather, a natural material that develops character over time.
Subtle variations in color, grain, and markings are part of the leather’s authenticity and are not considered defects.
Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product images.
